Here we have a wood file box or card catalog box made by Kalmar Designs and featuring a roll-back lid and two sections with original hard plastic dividers. The wood is a honey colored teak that is warm and lovely. Each of the two sections inside is about 4" by 4", likely for holding discs. Research into this brand and style indicates these were popular in the 1960s and 70s.
The box overal measures about 9-1/4" wide by about 10-1/2" deep and about 5-3/4" tall. Again, there are two sides inside, and when you take out the hard plastic dividers, those measure about 4" by 4", and so this is about the max size of whatever it is you file into the box. The roll-back can get a little sticky, especially if the hard plastic dividers are blocking the path.
For the person who loves a smart organized look.
