This heavy sterling silver and coral cuff bracelet is stunning, with 22 bezels of beautiful Mediterranean coral down two rows, and dotted between each is a silver raindrop. the silver foundation is a heavy two-wire shank with thick twist wire in two rows down the middle. The back carries the hallmark HS, the H and S slightly offset, and there are two Navajo artists with a similar hallmark: Henry Sam and Herman Slinkey. I'm not going to claim that I knew who made the cuff, or if it was for certain one of these two. I can tell you that the piece came to me from the estate of a former trading post owner in Albuquerque, and that this was his personal piece. We can see ding marks along edges from wear, but all the bezels are sound and the coral well seated. This was a men's cuff, but it is a good unisex piece, especially for the person seeking a vintage coral bracelet with presence.
The bracelet measures 3/4" wide and 5-3/4" around using a tape measure on the inside, with a 7/8" gap--so 6-5/8" total. Because it is slightly more wide than it is round, I do believe it could fit up to a 6-3/4" wrist that is flat and thin. The bracelet cannot be adjust as the silver is heavy and not malleable;all of those bezels and the coral would be compromised if even attempted.
